The Office of Grounds & Landscape Maintenance Services is responsible for keeping the parking lots and garages clean. This includes emptying of trash and recycling containers, litter removal, and managing contracted street sweeping service.
If a parking lot or garage gate is not working, additional information can be found on the Access Control website.
If a parking garage or lot light is out, or if you note a needed repair in a garage structure, please contact Facilities Operations at extension 2353.
If you have a request regarding trash or litter removal in the parking garages or lots, please submit an Online Work Order Request. When submitting the Online Work Order Request, please be sure to clearly describe the location and specific nature of the request. If you cannot provide enough location information in Step 2, please feel free to include additional information in Step 4. In Step 3, please select “Grounds” under the Problem Type on the form.
